1.60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee In addition to your statutory rights, Klyf Cozzy™ offers you 60 days from the receipt of your order to try the product. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money—no questions asked.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Regulations) In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and EU consumer rights regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason; in our case, this period is extended to 60 days under our store policy.

3. Return Conditions

● The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging whenever possible.

● You must contact us at klyf.cozzy@gmail.com with your order number before sending the return.

● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Timeline Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Defective Products If your Klyf Cozzy™ arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the product, and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
